Troop 26 schedules a monthly camping trip to a variety of interesting places places throughout Connecticut and New England.  All scouts are encouraged to attend and parent volunteers are also welcome. We typically leave after school on Friday night or early Saturday morning.  We return by mid afternoon on Sunday.

In addition, the Troop participates in a week at Summer Camp.  This is typically scheduled for the second week of July at Scout Camp Workcoeman in New Hartford,  CT. (See this year's calendar to confirm dates.)

This is an excellent opportunity for advancement and a great week of outdoor fun and adventures.  All scouts are encouraged to attend, parent volunteers are also welcome.  Need based scholarships are available for summer camp though the Connecticut Rivers Council as well as the Ray Mussen Fund, established to assist scouts in Troop 26.
